Terms of Service

1. Template Usage

Base templates are non-exclusive. Multiple businesses may purchase and use the same template. Custom packs (Logo Video and Custom Video) are unique to your business.

2. Licensing

Upon purchase, you receive usage rights for the video files. You may use them in your advertising campaigns. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the video files themselves.

3. Delivery

Template purchases: Files are delivered via email with download links immediately after payment confirmation. Custom orders: Delivery timeline is 3-5 business days as specified during checkout.

4. Refunds

Templates: Due to the digital nature of delivered files, template purchases are generally non-refundable.
Studio (Custom Video): If your delivered Custom Video doesn't match your submitted brief, we'll revise it (up to 2 rounds included). If it still doesn't match your brief after revisions, we'll refund you in full.
Studio (Logo Video): Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
