1. Template Usage

Base templates are non-exclusive. Multiple businesses may purchase and use the same template. Custom packs (Logo Video and Custom Video) are unique to your business.

2. Licensing

Upon purchase, you receive usage rights for the video files. You may use them in your advertising campaigns. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the video files themselves.

3. Delivery

Template purchases: Files are delivered via email with download links within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Custom orders: Delivery timeline is 3-5 business days as specified during checkout.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you experience issues with your order.
